Thomas Bourn (1771-1832) was an English teacher and educational writer.
Bourn was born in Hackney on 19 April 1771, and in conjunction with his father-in-law, William Butler, the author of various works for the instruction of the young, he became a teacher of writing and geography in ladies' schools. His death occurred at his house in Mare Street, Hackney, on 20 August 1832.
He published A Concise Gazetteer of the most Remarkable Places in the World; with references to the principal historical events and most celebrated persons connected with them.' London, 1807, 3rd edit. 1822.
